P.P. …...... 02/ 30.03.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of IPC. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. This is a case of murder of the son of the informant. 5. It is alleged that the informant’s son Anmol Soy went to market, but he did not return. Next morning, informant was informed by villagers that Gangu Bodra, Dadua Hamsay, Chade Chutiya with their associates after committing murder of her son Anmol Soy had thrown his dead body in the forest. 6. Admittedly, after going through the records, I find that petitioner is not named in the FIR and there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Only material against this petitioner is that his name transpired on the confessional statement of the other co- accused. One of the co-accused namely, Poglo Hembrom has been granted bail vide order dated 12.08.2025 in B.A. No.6987 of 2025 by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 7. Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the fact that co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum (Camp Court at Sub-Divisional Court, Chakradharpur), in connection with S.T. No.198 of 2024, arising out of Bandgaon P.S. Case No.04 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.93 of 2024, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
