The above has been confirmed by learned Deputy Advocate General on the basis of instructions dated 11.05.2026 issued by the Collector, Sub-Division Hamirpur alongwith compendium of documents, placed on record during hearing of the case. 3. Since the law will take its own course, learned vice counsel appearing for the petitioner, in view of intervening developments, does not press this writ petition.
