2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 1136 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was the bhabhi of the petitioner and she was staying with the petitioner along with her kids. The deceased died in the house and the allegation against the petitioner is that he has killed the deceased.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2025 and there is no explanation given on behalf of the petitioner about the cause of death of the deceased.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21628 of 2026(2) dt.07-04-2026 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
7. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed by the prosecution side then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
