The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Gola P.S. Case No. 100/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 317(4)/317(5)/111(2)(b)/111(4)/3(5) of B.N.S, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and there is no likelihood of early conclusion of trial. He further submits that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.09.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He lastly submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioner. 5. Having regard to the allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that there is no likelihood of early conclusion of trial and also the fact that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.09.2025; I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees 2026:JHHC:7005 2 Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of JMFC, Ramgarh, in connection with Gola P.S. Case No. 100/2025. 6. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
