When the matter is taken up for hearing, Dr. Majji Suri Babu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 submits that the writ petition was disposed of on 15.06.2026. He further adds that if the petitioner is aggrieved, they must file a contempt petition against the final order passed in writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has requested to close the contempt case with the liberty to avail appropriate remedies. The request is acceded to. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed, with liberty granted to the petitioner to pursue available legal remedies. No costs.
