According to the petitioner, even though Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned has granted permission for use of loudspeaker, however, the Police Authorities are causing undue interference in the right of the petitioner to use loudspeaker for religious purpose. 4. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that pleadings are absolutely vague in the writ petition and there is no averment regarding the person who has interfered with petitioner’s religious right. He further submits that petitioner has not reported the alleged incident of interference to any authority, including Police Authorities. 5. Having regard to the grievance raised by petitioner, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met if petitioner is permitted to make UKHC010135732026 2026:UHC:6840 representation before the SSP concerned. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to Senior Superintendent of Police concerned. If he makes representation within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by SSP concerned, as per law, within six weeks thereafter. It shall be open to SSP concerned to hear other stakeholders, if any, before taking any decision.
