The application of the petitioner for transfer on the ground of distance had been allowed and the Commission had recommended her to a particular school. However, at the time of joining, the petitioner was informed that there was no vacancy in the school and was thus unable to join. 3. The petitioner had thereafter applied for re- recommendation from the Commission, sometime in 2022. It appears that the said application for re- recommendation is pending. 4. In view of the aforestated, I direct the respondent no. 3 or any Authorised Officer to consider and grant such re-recommendation by June 15, 2026. 2 5. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition bearing WPA 7709 of 2025 is disposed of. 6. There will be no order as to costs. 7.
