ORAL JUDGMENT (PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE)
1. The appellant has filed the present appeal impugning an
order dated 19.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.7862/2025(EDN-RES).
2. The respondent had filed the said petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the appellant to consider the marks awarded to the respondent for the examination in the discipline of MD Pathology held in January, 2025.

3. It was the writ petitioner's case before the learned Single Judge that she had obtained 49.25% marks, however, she claims that the same were required to be rounded off to 50%.
4. It is the appellant's case that the respondent was required to obtain 200 out of 400 marks. However, she had obtained 197 marks and therefore there was no possibility of rounding of the said marks to 200.
5. Notwithstanding the same, the petition was allowed following the decision in the case of Dr. K.Sree Laxmi v. Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and another1. The said decision was carried in appeal and was set aside by virtue of the order dated 26.06.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.448/2025(EDN-RES) and other connected matters.
6. Concededly the questions are covered in favour of the appellant by the said decision.

7. The appeal is, accordingly, allowed and the impugned order is set aside.
