Learned State Counsel on query has submitted that the proceedings have already been initiated by the concerned Nayab Tahsildar, Bastanar, and order-sheet to this effect has been produced which shows that on 23.04.2024 the proceedings have been initiated and on 10.02.2026 stay order has already been 2 passed by the concerned Tahsildar. Learned Counsel also pointed out that stay order dated 10.02.2026 has further been revoked vide order dated 23.04.2026, as such, grievance as raised by the petitioner has already been redressed. Now, the petitioner is required to be appeared before the concerned Tahsildar and in-turn concerned Tahsildar will pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the orders have already been passed, as such, at present petitioner’s grievance has already been redressed. The petitioner is ready to co-operate with the proceedings as initiated by the concerned Tahsildar. 3. With the aforesaid observation and submissions, the instant petition stands disposed of.
