By the present application, applicant No.3 – Prayag @ Thakur s/o Shivkumar Dhurve, who has now attained the age of majority, seeks permission to withdraw his share of the compensation amount in pursuance of the settlement arrived at before the Lok Adalat on 02/09/2018, whereby the compensation amount was enhanced by Rs.4,00,000/- in favour of appellant Nos.1 to 4. Since the present applicant was a minor at the relevant time, his share of the compensation amount was kept in a fixed deposit. Now that applicant No.3 has attained the age of majority, he seeks withdrawal of his share of Rs.1,00,000/- along with the accrued interest thereon. 2. In view of the above, applicant No.3 is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- along with the accrued interest thereon. 2 907caf3232.2026.odt 3.
