This is an application seeking restoration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No.8440 of 2026, to its original status. As can be seen from the record, the registration 2026:BHC-NAG:12544 2 10. CAO 963 of 2026.odt of the said writ petition was refused since the office objections were not removed. 5. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed, however, subject to the conditions that the office objections, if any, be removed and the applicants shall deposit costs of Rs.1,000/-, in the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur, bearing Account No.129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978, within two working weeks from today. 6.
