The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Birsanagar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025, registered under sections 126 (2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 351 (2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are neighbours and altercation took place due to flowing of water. He further submits that petitioner has also received injury in the light of Annexure-2 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 20 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there and wife of the informant has received injury. 5. Considering that petitioner and informant are neighbours and altercation took place due to flowing of water and both sides have received injuries and further petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 20 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to ( 2026:JHHC:1845 ) the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Birsanagar P.S.
