The petitioner is an accused in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 187 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that four persons were apprehended by the Police and opium was recovered from their possession. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that 2.1 k.g. of opium was recovered from the possession of the petitioner which is an intermediary quantity. 5. It has been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.11.2025. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Hazaribagh in connection with Muffassil P.S.
