JUSTICE P SREE SUDHA ORAL ORDER This transfer petition is filed by petitioner/wife for transfer of divorce application filed by respondent/husband in MC No.5666 of 2025 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru on 06.09.2025 to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru, since she is residing in Mysuru along with her parents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/wife is diagnosed with Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA) and has undergone cranioplasty with implant and is currently suffering from hemiparesis in view of above neurological condition and is undergoing physiotherapy treatment. Further, it is stated that she cannot travel in view of her health condition and the distance between Bengaluru and Mysuru is approximately 140 kms and the respondent is working as Engineer and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15510 CP No. 44 of 2026 residing in Bengaluru. Therefore, he prays to transfer the aforesaid matrimonial case which is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru. 3. Heard and perused the records. 4. On perusal of records, this Court finds it appropriate to transfer MC No.5666 of 2025 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to Family Court, Mysuru. Accordingly, the Civil Petition is allowed. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Mysuru on 13.04.2026.
