DIVISION, 2 ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not releasing the full and final bill amounts of Rs. 81,000/- along with EMD deposits of Rs. 45,000/- despite the execution of work in pursuance of the agreements entered between the petitioner and respondents vide Agreement Nos.424/2017-18 (M.Book.No. 929),425/2017-18 (M. Book.No. 930), and 1686/2016-17 (M. Book. No. 747) respectively as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to Law and against the Principles of Natural Justice and against the Norms of the Public Policy and to issue consequential direction directing the respondent authorities to release the admitted full and final bill amount as well as EMD deposit amounts of Rs. 1,25000/- payable to the petitioner with an interest @ 24percentage per annum till the payment is made and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release the amount of Rs.1,25,000/- to the petitioner for the execution of works, Agreement Nos.424/2017-18 (M Book No.929), 425/2017-18 (M Book No.930), and 1686/2016-17 (M Book No.747) respectively pending disposal of the above Writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
