The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 79 of 2025, arising out of Torpa P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025, registered under sections 15(c)/25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Khunti. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that recovery has been made from the co-accused and co-accused has already been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 10645 of 2025. He also submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2025 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that recovery is there. 5. Considering that the petitioner is not named in F.I.R and his name has transpired in the confessional statement of the co- accused. The petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2025 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the ( 2026:JHHC:631 ) 2 petition and in identical situation co-accused has been granted regular bail in the aforesaid B.A, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Khunti, in connection with N.D.P.S.
