1. The instant bail applications have been filed against the orders of the learned Trial Court dated 06.06.2026, on behalf of
[2026:RJ-JP:25620] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-9363/2026] the accused-petitioners under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.138/2026 registered at Police Station Jamdoli, District Jaipur City(East), for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 318(4), 61(2) of BNS.
2.
Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case; that charge-sheet is proposed to be filed. He also submits that the accused-petitioners are in custody since long; that the alleged offences are triable by magistrate; conclusion of trial will take its own time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the accused-petitioners behind the bars and, therefore, prays that the accused-petitioners may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions preferred by learned counsel for the accused- petitioners hereinabove but did not dispute the fact that there are no criminal cases registered against the accused-petitioners. 4. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for both the parties; that the charge-sheet is proposed to be filed; that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the accused-petitioners; that the accused-petitioners are in custody since 28.05.2026; that the alleged offences are triable by magistrate; that the trial will take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. [2026:RJ-JP:25620] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-9363/2026]
5.
