By virtue of an order dated 28.01.2026, this Court came to dismiss writ petition WP(C) No. 963/2022 along with connected matters for non-prosecution by considering the absence of the petitioners as well as their counsel for three consecutive dates of hearing. 02. The petitioners have come forward with a time-barred restoration application CM No. 1734/2026 accompanied with condonation of delay application CM No. 1733/2026. 03. Both the applications are notified for defects by the Examination Counter which the petitioners as well as Serial Nos. 03, 04 & 05 Regular List 2 CM Nos. 1733, 1734 & 1892/2026 in WP(C) No. 963/2022 their counsel have least bothered to rectify constraining the listing of the two applications before the Bench. 04. Today, none appears for the applicants/petitioners which is reflective of the fact that filing of the applications has taken place for the sake of wasteful consuming of time of this Court, as such, all the three applications CM No. 1733, 1734 and 1892 of 2026 are dismissed for non- prosecution.
