For the respondents: Mr. Rajpal Thakur, Additional Advocate General Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking transfer from her present place of posting where her tenure is about one year and nine months, on the ground that her husband is serving as a Medical Officer in District Una and further her mother- in-law is suffering from serious ailment. 2. This Court is of the considered view that as the petitioner is serving against a State Cadre Post, she can seek transfer on the ground of couple case etc. only after completing her normal tenure at the present place of posting, more so in light of the fact that the place where the petitioner is posted is neither a hard area, nor a tribale area or a Sub-Cadre area. In light of this fact, the petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
