Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office instructions received from the Manager (Technical), HRTC, Sundernagar and, on that basis, submits that the amount due to the petitioner, in terms of the judgment sought to be implemented, has now been released in his favour. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits has yet not been released to the petitioner. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the aforesaid liability shall also be cleared by the respondents within six weeks from today, i.e. on or before 23.06.2026. 3. Taking note of the above submissions, the present petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents to adhere to the assurance extended by their learned counsel and release the interest liability in favour of the petitioner on or before 23.06.2026.
