P.P. …...... 02/ 17.03.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The allegation against this petitioner that he and others were caught red handed while they were taking away a Submersible motor pump. It is alleged that the petitioner has confessed that he has stolen other materials also. 5. The fact which is apparent from the record is that chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2023. 6. Considering the period of custody and the fact chargesheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III at Jamshedpur, in connection with Jugsalai P.S. Case No.71 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1262 of 2023 (S.T. Case No.443 of 2023), subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
