The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent-Authorities to consider the representation given by the petitioner for survey Sketch, Phodi and Durast work in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.48, situated at Shravanahalli Village, Akkihebbala Hobli, K.R.Pete Taluk, Mandya District. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader however submits that an application for Phodi and Durast work is required to be made online and therefore, the petitioners may be directed to file an application online. 4. Recording the submission of the learned High Court Government Pleader, this writ petition stands - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9168 WP No. 4700 of 2026 disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file an application online to the respondent-Tahsildar and the respondent-Tahsildar is also directed to consider the application which would be filed by the petitioners and do the needful as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the application.
