CWP No.21834/2025 titled as "Chanda Kanwar Kaviya Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, he is granted liberty to [2026:RJ-JP:11793] (2 of 2) [CW-5106/2026] submit a representation in the light of the above judgment before the competent authority. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as considering the limited prayer, without making any comments on merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to submit a representation before the Competent Authority and in case, it is made the same shall be considered and decided within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation along with certified copy of this order. 4.
