In this case, the allegation is that after being declared to be a foreigner, the husband of the petitioner, namely, Islam Uddin Laskar is alleged to be taken into custody on 06.02.2026 and his whereabouts are not known. 3. Mr. P. Sarmah, learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate has submitted that as it is projected that the husband of the petitioner was declared to be a foreigner, the concerned respondents of the Border Police have not been impleaded, for which it will be difficult to obtain instruction. 4. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw this writ petition and to approach again. 5.
