The Court made the following:
ORDER:
The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- <…to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of Respondent No 3 in not considering and taking action on the representation dated 02.02.2026 submitted by the petitioner as illegal arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to consider the said representation and provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and her property and pass….=
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Sri A. Venkata Durga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 02.02.2026 to the respondent police, but the same has not been considered. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that a civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and third parties, and for that reason, the police have not taken any action on the representation submitted by the petitioner. 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police to consider the representation dated 02.02.2026 submitted by the petitioner, in

accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 6.
