Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact that the suit is for mandatory injunction to remove the encroachment and permanent injunction and now as on date, the plaintiff is aged about more than 70 years, this Court directs the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai, to dispose of OS.No.311 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
