The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 06.04.2024 submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure-A, wherein the petitioner has stated that, respondent No.4-Society has allotted sites overlooking the seniority and also that there is misappropriation to the tune of Rs.8,00,00,000/- and requested respondent No.3 to issue a direction to the Auditor to incorporate the defects pointed out in the representation. 3. Learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.3 will consider the representation vide Annexure-A and would pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 5.
