Imran Beig, Advocate ----- 03/ 19.03.2026 This Bail Application under Section 483 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been filed to release the petitioner on regular bail in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.190 of 2024, for offences under Sections 420/ 465/ 467/ 468/ 471/ 472 and 34 IPC. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Seraikella. 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner, learned A.P.P. representing the State and learned counsel representing the informant. Perused the material available on record and also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State and learned counsel representing the informant, oppose the prayer for bail. 2026:JHHC:7638 2 4. It is alleged that the petitioner along with others, forged the Power of Attorney and sold the land of the informant to several persons. 5. The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2025 and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. 6. In my view, there is no scope of tampering with the evidence, as charge-sheet has already been submitted; all the documents have been collected by the Police and produced before the concerned Court. 7. Considering the period of custody and the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow this application. 8. Accordingly, this Bail Application is allowed. The petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.190 of 2024, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Seraikella, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his / her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
