JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to serve copies of the petition along with annexures on the learned HCGP. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Annexure-A is the order passed by the Special Deputy Commissioner-1, Bangalore North Sub-Division in proceedings bearing No.INA/CR 4/2001-02 dated 07.07.2020 conferring occupancy rights to the legal representatives of late Sri.Patalappa and Anjinappa under the provisions of the Mysore (Religious/Charitable) Inam Abolition Act, 1955. The legal representatives of Sri.Patalappa are conferred with occupancy rights in respect of Sy.No.82 new Sy.No.82/1 measuring 2 acres and 12 guntas; Sy.No.82/5 measuring 1 acre 29.04 guntas and Sy.No.82 new Sy.No.82/3 measuring 1 acre 10 guntas in favour of the legal representatives of Sri.Anjinappa. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11488 WP No. 6212 of 2026 The Special Tahsildar was directed to take necessary action to fix the premium, recover the same in respect of the extent of land conferred with occupancy rights and issue necessary possession certificate in Form No.8 as required under the provisions of the Act and make necessary entries in the revenue records. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has given a representation at Annexure-B dated 12.01.2026, but the Special Tahsildar has not taken any steps. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.3 - Special Tahsildar Yelahanka Taluk to comply with the orders passed by the Special Deputy Commissioner for Inams as noticed hereinabove and proceed to inform the petitioner about the premium payable, recover the same from the petitioner and thereafter proceed to issue possession certificate in Form No.8 as required under the provisions of the Act and further make entries in the revenue records in terms of the possession certificate that would be issued. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11488 WP No. 6212 of 2026 Ordered accordingly.
