GP FOR IRRIGATION COMM AREA DEV 4 The Court made the following Order: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are in possession of the subject property for the last ten decades and that, prior to them, the petitioners’ family members were in continuous possession of the said property. It is submitted that the petitioners approached the respondent authorities seeking regularization of their possession and, In this regard, a representation dated 21.11.2025 was also submitted. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners have not produced any title documents or any other documents which would substantiate the claim of the petitioners that they are in continuous and uninterrupted possession of the subject property for the last ten years. It is further submitted that the petitioners have only submitted their community certificate which identifies the petitioners as Scheduled Tribe- Koya community. 3. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 7th respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners, conduct a proper enquiry, and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
