The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pipratand P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025, registered under sections 109, 118(1), 352, 3 (5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Palamau. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 namely, Soni Devi @ Soniya Devi has already been arrested and in view of that he is not pressing the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner no.1. 4. Accordingly, anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no. 1 is dismissed as not pressed. 5. Now anticipatory bail application is surviving only on behalf of petitioner nos. 2 and 3. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are house wives and there are case and counter case between the parties and both sides have received injury. He further submits that altercation took place due to grazing crops of the informant by the cattle. He next submits ( 2026:JHHC:3463 ) that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of assault and injury are there. 8. Considering that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and it has been pointed out that altercation took place due to grazing crops of the informant by the cattle. The petitioners are housewives and further there are case and counter case between the parties and from whose blow injury has been received, is not disclosed. 9. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 2 and 3. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner nos. 2 and 3 namely, Savita Devi @ Sabita Devi and Puja Devi, are directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioner nos. nos. 2 and 3 shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Palamau, in connection with Pipratand P.S.
