JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 18.02.2026 Heard Mr. KN Choudhury, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. N Gautam, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants. 2. This is an application filed by the applicants informing this Court that the petitioner No.4 i.e. Narendra Choudhury expired on 26.06.2023 and, therefore, the applicant Nos. 4 and 5, who are the daughters ought to be substituted inasmuch as, the estate of Late Narendra Choudhury is otherwise represented by the writ petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 3. 3. Mr. RKD Choudhury, the learned Dy.SGI submits that he has no objection. 4. Taking into account the above, the applicant Nos.4 and 5 are substituted Page No.# 3/3 against the petitioner No.4 as petitioner Nos.4.1 and 4.2 respectively in the accompanying writ petition. 5. Fresh memo of parties be filed by the petitioners before the Registry of this Court by 23.02.2026. 6. The Registry on the basis of the fresh memo of parties along with the instant order shall make necessary corrections in the cause-title and update the same in the CIS. 7.
