HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11484 WP No. 32458 of 2025 the Survey Settlement Authorities to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pursuant to the final decree drawn in O.S.No.5443/2019 on the file of the learned XXX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City (CCH- 31) and to conduct survey and settle the boundaries in terms of the final decree. 3. Learned HCGP draws the attention of this Court to Annexure-B, a communication dated 30.08.2025 made by the Deputy Registrar of the City Civil Court, Bengaluru to the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar Bengaluru to register the final decree which is executed by the Court and condone the presence of the Deputy Registrar in terms of Section 88(d) of the Registration Act, 1908. Learned HCGP submits that the final decree has not been registered and 11-E sketch is also not produced by the petitioner.
Upholding the submissions of the learned HCGP, the writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to get the final decree registered in the Office of the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar and obtain 11-E sketch at the hands of a registered surveyor to enable the Survey Settlement
