Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel accepting notice for the respondents. 3. The case of the petitioner is as follows: The property at S.Nos.30/1 and 2, plot No.1, Sri Gnanamani Nagar consisting of 1125 sq.ft. is owned by Poorviga Sengunthar Sthiravasigal, in which, the petitioner claims to be a tenant. According to the petitioner, a rental agreement dated 31.3.2021 came to be executed. The petitioner made an online application on 29.1.2026 to the respondents to secure electricity supply connection. Pursuant to that, the fifth respondent sent a communication to the petitioner requiring the petitioner to produce relevant documents regarding ownership such as sale deed or partition deed or assignment deed or decree of a Court, computerized patta and property tax receipt. Having no other alternative, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.
