By the instant petition the present applicant, who is an informant to FIR dated 11.03.2024 bearing FIR No. 0004 of 2024 P.S. Cyber Crime District Udham Singh Nagar praying for further investigation. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that infact the investigation is incomplete and certain relevant aspects has not been investigated by the Investigating Agency, therefore, further investigation may be ordered. 5. Section 193(9) stipulates the provision with regard to further investigation, therefore, the applicant is at liberty to approach the Trial Court for further investigation on the basis of the material which are available with him. 6. In such view of the matter, the instant petition is disposed of finally by giving the aforesaid liberty to the applicant to approach the trial court and if such an application is moved the Trial Court may proceed and decide the same in accordance with law.
