This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the Order dated 30.12.2025, passed in WPSS No. 2295 of 2025.

Heard Mr. Mohit Bhauryal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jagdish Singh Bisht, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

Mr. Surveer Singh, Senior Treasury Officer, Ranikhet, District Almora, the respondent, is present through video conferencing.

Mr. Mohit Bhauryal, Advocate, submitted on instructions that the petitioner is receiving his pension at the rate of Rs.12,600/- plus admissible allowances. The
Order dated 30.12.2025 has been complied with. 1
2026:UHC:1635 Therefore, the petitioner does not want to pursue the matter further.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition does not require any further
