The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sarwan P.S. Case No.105 of 2025, for offence registered under section 85 and 64/3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that false allegations are made against the petitioner and the FIR has been registered after 21 days of the alleged occurrence. He next submits that false allegations are made against the petitioner of allowing the petitioner to enter into the house of the informant. 4. Learned State counsel as well as the learned counsel for the informant jointly oppose prayer and submit that allegations are found to be true as the materials are there in the case diary. 2026:JHHC:3482 2 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR, it transpires that this petitioner was allowed to enter into the room of the informant and pursuant to that he has established relationship and that has been done in connivance of the family members, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the present case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6.
