The learned Public Prosecutor states that in pursuance of the Order dated 02.02.2026 Page No.# 2/2 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer on 10.02.2026 and his statement has been recorded. She has also submitted that the updated Case Diary could not be produced today as the Investigating Officer is on leave. However, the Investigating Officer has instructed the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is cooperating with the investigation. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by making the interim bail granted passed on 06.11.2025 absolute; on the same terms and conditions. However, the petitioner shall continue to cooperate with the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when summoned without fail. The application stands disposed of.
