The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Additional Commissioner Labour, Noida Region, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.11.2024. 2. By the aforesaid representation, a prayer has been made to look in to the complaint made by the petitioner against the private-respondents/ Respondent Nos.2 to 5 and make the payment of Rs.22,24,622/-. 3. Nothing has been stated in the entire writ petition nor any argument has been made that under which provisions of law this application has been filed. 4. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned competent authority as per law for raising his grievances. 5.
