This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "To Pass order or direction directing the court below, Civil Judge (J.D.) Shahar Jaunpur to hear and decide the civil suit No.1096 of 2002 (Ram Magan vs. Jaimila) (in present time party name Murlidhar VS. Jaimila) pending before Civil Judge (J.D.) Shahar, Jaunpur expeditiously preferably within the period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court otherwise petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and injury.." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2022, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahar Jaunpur, to decide the above- mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
