Heard Sri B.S.Venkat Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the aggrieved by the inaction of the police on the complaint given by the petitioner on 23.07.2019 in Crime No.256 of 2019 o the file of Tadipatri Town Police Station, Ananthapuramu District, petitioner filed the present writ petition. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent-police to conclude the investigation. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, charge sheet has been filed on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tadipatri and the same is pending consideration. He would further submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already finalized as on this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
