Case No. 05 of 2025, arising out of Bishunpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022 corresponding to Spt. G. R. Case No. 174 of 2024, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323/149, 341/149, 342/149, 427/149, 448/149, 457/149, 506/149, 120-B and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla. 3. On 22.09.2022, husband of the Informant was abducted and murdered by the extremists belonging to Jhangur Group. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court as well as by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla in connection with S.T.
