This petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing Fast Track Court(Senior Division), Allahabad decide suit no. 665 of 2010 titled as Ram Singhasan Dubey Vs. Sudama Nishad and others pending before Fast Track Court (Senior Division) in a time bound manner, within stipulated period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2010. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
