This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent authorities in considering the representations of the petitioner dated July 09, 2024, November 06, 2024 and December 16, 2024. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.4/Director (Technical), Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (as indicated by learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents) should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representations of the petitioner dated July 09, 2024, November 06, 2024 and December 16, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.4/Director (Technical), Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (as indicated by learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents) is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representations of the petitioner dated July 09, 2024, November 06, 2024 and December 16, 2024 within a period of six weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
