JUSTICE ANANT RAMANATH HEGDE) This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 21.02.2025 and also to quash the endorsement dated 27.02.2025. The representations are marked at Annexure-E and Annexure-A are already considered and endorsement is issued at Annexure-F. Hence, petition to direct the respondents to consider the representation does not arise. 2. Insofar as endorsement at Annexure-F is concerned, the respondent has observed that there is no court order not to transfer the vehicle. No grounds made out to quash Annexure-F as the petitioner has not challenged the auction where the vehicle is sold. Thus, his objection not to transfer the vehicle pursuant to auction is rightly rejected in terms of Annexure-F. Hence, this court does not find any error in the endorsement dated - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:1598 WP No. 200701 of 2025 27.02.2025.
