By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon the respondents to issue legible copies of the history sheet opened against the petitioner on 14.06.1999 at Police Station, Katra along with all documents/FIRs/Daily Diary Reports. 02. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has never committed any offence so far. The police of Police Station, Katra registered the following FIR(s) against the petitioner: Sr.No. FIR No. and U/Ss Remarks 1. 58/1992 U/Ss 307/34 RPC & 4/27 Arms Act Acquitted by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Udhampur vide judgment dated 12.07.1997 passed in File No.32/Sessions 2. 36/1995 U/Ss 188 RPC & 48 Excise Act Disposed of by the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhampur. 3. 126/1997 U/Ss 376/34 RPC Chargesheet has been produced in the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Udhampur now transferred to the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Reasi. 4. 03. 128/1998 U/Ss 363/341/354/294/506/50 9/34 RPC & 4/25 Arms Act 04. Chargesheet has been filed in the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Reasi. Sr. No. 06 2 05. It is further stated that after 1998, there has not been a single FIR or adverse report against the petitioner but the District Police, Reasi has opened a history sheet on 14.06.1999. The photographs of the petitioner have been placed at the Police Station and the petitioner has been regularly summoned and harassed by the police of concerned police Station. The petitioner has, time and again, approached the police for obtaining copy of the history sheet, but the same has not been provided to him till date. 06. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to provide him the legible copies of the history sheet opened against the petitioner along with relevant documents/FIRs/Daily Diary Reports. 07. Mr. Sumeet Bhatia, learned counsel for the respondents states that he is not averse to the proposition being made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 08. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of, at this stage, with a direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to provide the legible copies of the history sheet opened against the petitioner on 14.06.1999 along with relevant documents/FIRs/Daily Diary Reports, if any, provided there is no legal impediment therefor, within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order. 09.
