HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 21671 of 2025 Court No. - 44 HON'BLE J.J. MUNIR, J.
HON'BLE SANJIV KUMAR, J. Heard Mr. Irfan Alim Siddiqui, learned Counsel for the petitioner in support of this writ petition and Ms. Divya Ojha, learned AGA on behalf of the State. A perusal of the impugned FIR shows that there are serious allegations against the petitioner about eveteasing the informant's daughter, the prosecutrix and threatening the entire family with death over the issue. The prosecutrix in her statement under Section 183 B.N.S.S. has supported the first information version. This kind of a tendency in society where young men would make it difficult for women to move out of their homes is a pernicious one and cannot be encouraged. This matter requires investigation. This is not a case which can be interfered with at this stage. The writ petition is summarily dismissed. October 8, 2025 R.S.
