---- 02/23.04.2025 The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondent-authorities to pay the full salary to this petitioner which he is not getting since September, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a para-teacher and initially he was receiving the salary of Rs.18,312/- per month but all of a sudden from September, 2023, he is getting only Rs.11,600/-. Though he has represented the concerned respondents but no decision has been taken till date.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since no counter-affidavit has been filed and as such, the petitioner may be
directed to approach the respondent No. 2 to take an appropriate decision.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case; without going into the merits of this case, the instant writ

petition is hereby disposed of by directing the 2nd Respondent to treat this writ application as representation and take a decision in the matter with regard to the grievance raised by the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with the law and applicable Rules and Regulations. If the Petitioner would be found entitled for any amount, the same shall be paid to him.
5. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Petitioner shall serve the copy of this writ petition and this
order to the 2nd Respondent for early disposal of his claim.
6. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
