1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited prayer that the application dated 04/07/2023 submitted by him for
2 / 2 regularization of construction which is being made by the petitioner, before the District Regularization Authority, be considered and decided in accordance with law.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the application dated 04/07/2023 (Annexure P/4) submitted by the petitioner for regularization of construction which is being made by the petitioner is still pending before the authority, however, no steps has been taken to decide the same.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State submits that if the application moved by the petitioner is still pending before the concerned authority, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, within the stipulated period.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents as well as the pleadings made by the petitioner.

Looking to the fact that the application dated 04/07/2023 (Annexure P/4) submitted by the petitioner for regularization of construction which is being made by the petitioner, is still pending before the authority, the District Regularization Authority is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
