By this petition, petitioners herein have alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 11.03.2025, which is as follows:- “With the consent of learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of, at the threshold, with a direction to the respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner, Doda to consider the representation(s) of the petitioners strictly under rules and as per law and pass a consideration order within a period of six weeks from the date, a certified copy of this order is made available to the said respondent along with the writ petition and annexures appended thereto.” 02. Statement of facts stands filed, wherein it is stated that pursuant to the directions passed by this Court dated 11.03.2025, respondents have considered the claim of the petitioner thereby providing an opportunity of personal hearing. Representation of the petitioners has been considered by passing a speaking order dated 07.07.2025. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the order dated 07.07.2025 has already been challenged by the petitioners by way of WP(C) No. 3341/2025. Ms. Chetna Manhas, learned counsel for the official respondents states that the 55 2 respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court dated 11.03.2025 in its letter and spirit. 04.
